B. For (on the spot) redressal of your grievances pertaining to Pension & Pensionary benefits the N.F. Railway will hold “ANNUAL PENSION ADALAT – 2009” on 15th DECEMBER, 2009 (Tuesday) at 11.00 hrs.Pensioners may apply to the respective office as mentioned below with detailed information as desired in para-“C”

How to apply : Duly fill up the above format and write down the details of grievances and sent to the respective offices as mentioned above in duplicate copy along with relevant documents.

Your communication should be mailed in an envelope prominently subscribed “ANNUAL PENSION ADALAT-2009” and address for personnel attention as above.

Kindly note that grievances not connected with Final Settlement dues such as request for compassionate ground appointment, employment of wards, payment of time barred salary, allowances and stepping up of pay etc. will not be considered for Adalat cases.
Your application should reach the officer concerned on or before FRIDAY, 30th OCTOBER, 2009.

ATTENTION FOR RETIRED RLY EMPLOYEES WHO COMPLETED 15 YEARS OF RETIRED LIFE:
1.Retired Railway Employees should contact Pension Disbursing Authority( i.e Bank/Post Office etc.) for restoration of pension on completion of 15 years from the date of commutation.
2. Further the quantum of pension to old pensioners/family pensioners shall be increased as mentioned below and it
From 95 years to less than 100 years 50% of basic pension
100 years or more 100% of basic pension




Asstt. Personnel Officer (Bill)

will be paid by the pension disbursing Authority/bank automatically. In this connection the pensioner should approach to the pension paying branch.

Age of Pensioners/family pensioners Additional quantum of pension
From 80 years to less than 85 years 20% of basic pension
From 85 years to less than 90 years 30% of basic pension
From 90 years to less than 95 years 40% of basic pension
From 95 years to less than 100 years 50% of basic pension
100 years or more 100% of basic pension
